By downloading or using the Discovertsy mobile application ("App"), or subscribing to our Discovertsy Plus service, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not download, use the App or subscribe to Discovertsy Plus.
Discovertsy grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App and Discovertsy Plus for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
All intellectual property rights in the App and Discovertsy Plus, including copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights, belong to Discovertsy or its licensors. You have no rights to the App or Discovertsy Plus other than the license granted in these Terms.
By submitting, posting, or otherwise providing content to the App, you grant Discovertsy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display such content in connection with the App and Discovertsy Plus.
The App and Discovertsy Plus may include links to third-party websites, products, or services. Discovertsy is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services, and you use them at your own risk.
In no event shall Discovertsy be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the App, Discovertsy Plus or these Terms, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Discovertsy may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms within the App, Discovertsy Plus or on our website. Your continued use of the App and Discovertsy Plus constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Discovertsy is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the App, Discovertsy Plus or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the same jurisdiction.
